Won Jeong-hwa, a North Korean female spy, was recently caught in the South Korea. The 34-year-old pretty woman reportedly had used sex to bribe South Korean military personnel in order to obtain intelligence. Won Jeong-hwa, pictured here, confessed to the South Korea’s prosecutors she was a trained spy for North Korean. However, Won’s claim was refused by the secretive communism country, accusing Seoul of fabricating the case to tarnish the North’s image, reported AP. Won Jeong-hwa is now indicted on espionage charges against the violation of the National Security Law in South Korean.

Update: Won Jeong-Hwa was sentenced to five years in prison by a South Korean court on Wednesday October 15, 2008. From KBS Global:
The Suwon District Court found Won Jeong-hwa guilty of violating the National Security Law in a hearing on Wednesday. The prosecution requested she be imprisoned for five years.
She was charged with spying for North Korea, illicit entry into South Korea, and praising the North Korean system.
The court said it took into account in its sentencing decision the fact that the information she passed on to the North does not pose a threat to national security, since it is available on the Internet and in the media.
It also said her show of remorse was also a factor in sentencing.
