Maddie Briann’s dad Casey Aldridge took photos for his baby daughter while fiance Spears was breastfeeding the infant using a digital camera some time ago. Later he brought the memory stick to develop at a local Wal-Mart in his native Luiosanna. Apparently sensing Britney Spears’s younger sister pictures are money-making and the must-seeks for many agencies, the Wal-Mart man made illegal copies of Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding photos (including one exposing her left breast) from Casey’s card without permesssion.

The hope of that Wal-Mart peddler can bag in big bucks sure will never come true, in contrary, his thief activities may finally land himself in a federal prison. Because Jamie Lynn, 17 years old, is a minor, selling the photos — or buying them — could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor’s breast — even if not taken for sexual purposes, could land the seller and buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid, according to TMZ.
