Rachael Mullenix Is Mom Barbara Mullenix’s Conspired Killer! The then 17-year-old teenager from California’s Huntington Beach, conspired with boyfriend Ian W. Allen, then 21, in September, 2006 to murder her mother Barbara Mullenix. Rachael Mullenix and Ian Allen were charged with the first-degree murder and now both convicted.
