Dixville Notch Barack Obama November 4 General Election Win! Senator Barack Obama has scored the first win of November 4 General Election. He won 15 of 21 votes cast in the small town Dixville Notch, New Hampshire, reported CNN.

Town Dixville Notch is known to the country as the first place to cast presidential ballots since 1960. Just after the midnight of November 4, the village opened its polls and 100% registered voters, or 21 out of its 75 residents, cast their ballots. It turned out Barack Obama was chosen as the President.

Barack Obama’s Dixville Notch win may well project him to be the next President of United States, because even Dixville Notch, a long-time Republican support village since 1968, now favored a Democratic presidential candidate.
