Julie Myers Quit Bush Administration's ICE

Julie Myers, 39, head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, will leave the Bush administration on November 15 after 12 years in government, Washington Post cited Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff announcement as reporting.
