Kanye West Arrest: Kanye West Arrested Over Alleged Assault on Paparazzo in Newcastle! According to reports, Kanye West, 31, who is currently promoting his Glow in the Dark tour in UK,  was detained earlier today November 14 by the police after he was alleged of assaulting a photog outside the Tup Tup Palace bar in Newcastle, England.  He was released without charge.

MTV UK is saying paparazzo Terry Blackburn claimed he suffered bruising and cuts after Kanye West pushed his camera.

This is the second time Kanye West was arrested within three months, in September, he was busted for allegedly vandalizing a paparazzo in Los Angeles International Airport.
