Governor Janet Napolitano is Arizona’s third female governor, and the first woman to win re-election. She was originally elected in 2002 and re-elected in 2006. Napoitno was the first Democratic Governor to back Barack Obama not Hillary Clinton for President as early as in 2008 Janurary during the two’s Democratic primaries. After Barack Obama was elected as President of United States of America on November 4, the following day November 5, Janet Napolitano was named to the advisory board of the Obama-Biden Transition Project [wiki].
Janet Napolitano, 51, is unmarried. Is Janet Napolitano a gay or lesbian? On Wikipedia, Napolitano has no recording about her sexual-orientation, while some accussed she is:
Napolitano has made little secret of her gay partner, and that she lives in a second apartment downtown. The country is simply not ready for a gay vice-president who makes little effort to disguise her sexual orientation – a lot of people around the country are turned off by the stereotypical lesbian look.
However, Janet Napolitano denied she is a lesbian back in 2002 when she ran for the Arizona Governor office. At the time, she claimed “I am not gay!”
