Tina Sherman Pictures: Phillip Sherman Sues McDonald Over Leaked Tina Sherman Nude Photos!
Tina Sherman, of Bella Vista in Arkansas’s Fayetteville, had sent some private pictures onto her husband Phillip Sherman’s handphone. After a dinner at McDonald’s on Sixth Street in Fayetteville on July 5, Phillip Sherman mistakenly left his cellphone laden with wife Tina Sherman’s nude pictures at the restaurant.
This of Phillip’s carelessness led to naked pictures of Tina Sherman eventually ending up showing on a website. What’s the worse, Tina Sherman’s name, address and phone number were posted along those racy pics and Tina even received threats and verbal abused text messages.
Apparently, all of those agonies of Shermans were brought after McDonald’s employees allegedly stole Tina’s pictures before they returned the lost phone to Phillip.
Because Phillip Sherman must have felt fed up by the promise of McDonald’s employees who said they would secure the cell phone until he could retrieve it, Phillip filed a lawsuit against McDonald’s Corp., Matthews Management Co. and manager Aaron Brummley, asking for $3 million in damages for suffering, embarrassment and the cost of having to move to a new home.
