John 3:16 in Bible:

News No. 1, Tim Tebow, full name Timothy Richard Tebow, quarterback for NCAA football team Florida Gators, stirred a bit controversies after he drawed his eye black “John” on his right eye and “3:16″ on his left at Thursday’s BCS championship game against Okalohama Sooners.

Many view Florida quarterback Tim Tebow as God, but apparently he doesn’t share that view. The son of missionaries and a devout Christian, Tebow often looks for ways to spread his faith. The most recent way was at the BCS championship game, where he wrote “John 3:16” on his eye black.
Many fans are crying foul, saying that religion and sports shouldn’t mix. Others say they really couldn’t care less, it’s eye black. [College OTR]
“John 3:16 Red” Ford Windstar Minivan Hijacketed in Hartfood, Connecticut
News No. 2, at Hartford in Conneticut a short, heavy set Hispanic man shot and hijacketed a red Ford Windstar mininvan with its windshield having the words “JOHN 3:16” at a gas station on New Year’s Day. Now the police is pleding the public to provide information that can lead to arrest the suspect. Those who have the knowledge about the vechile or the man can call Hartford Det.
