America’s Song is a new song dedicated to President-elect Barack Obama by Black Eyed Peas’s Will.I.Am. The soul-spirited single is a collaboration of Will.I.Am with composer David Foster.
Oprah Winfrey Singing Will.I.Am’s “America’s Song”
Debuted on today’s Oprah Winfrey Show, Will.i.am, together with Faith Hill, Seal, Mary J. Blige, and Bono performed live at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C.
“The meaning of this song is being proud of America. I wanted to write the new American anthem for this day and age — for this generation.” Will.i.am said.
