Born on December 1986, Elizabeth Jean Montana is the second daughter of Joe Montana and his third wife Jennifer Wallace. She has three siblings, sister Alexandra Whitney (1985), brothers Nathaniel (“Nate”) Joseph (1989) and Nicholas Alexander Montana (1992). Mom Jennifer Wallace was a model and once inspired Elizabeth to follow in her steps. Back in 2005, Jennifer told to SFgate
