Is Michelle Obama pregnant? First Lady Michelle Obama was said to be pregnant days after husband Barack Obama was installed as the 44th President of United States in January. Now nearly two months has been past, Michelle Obama finally spilled the beans about her pregnancy rumor. Talking with Oprah Winfrey for April’s issue of OMagazine, First Lady told her interviewer she was not pregnant: Snippets scooped by Huffington Post:
O: Well, you look better than ever – despite the rumors that you’ve got a baby bump.
MO:[Laughter] I know – I was like, “Baby bump? As hard as I work on my abs?!”
O: By the way, nobody would be happier if you were pregnant than Gayle King. Out of nowhere, she’ll tell me, “Oh God. I really hope Michelle gets pregnant – and that it’s a boy!”
MO: [More laughter] Here’s the scoop. Not pregnant. And not planning on it.
O: Not pregnant.
MO: Not pregnant.
