Picture! Here is one of five photos of Robert Michael O’Ryan TMZ obtained and published on its website. Robert O’Ryan, the 34-year-old Florida man, is an alleged Shawn Johnson stalker. He was charged with one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle and yet to be convicted. However, some gossips blogs have apparently “convicted” him. Right Celebrity wrote Robert O’Ryan is Shawn Johnson Stalker while Bite and Bitten said Shawn John Stalker Is Robert O’Ryan. Nevertheless, anyone is innocent until he/she is convicted by the judge.
Robert O’Ryan is currently being in custody on $35,000 bail. It is reported prosecutors have asked the bail to be set at $220,000. The charges filed earlier today by the L.A. County District Attorney, claims O’Ryan “willfully and maliciously” harassed Shawn Johnson and made “a credible threat with the intent that SHE be placed in reasonable fear for HER safety…”, according to TMZ.
Regarding to Shawn Johnson’s security, TMZ reported an off-duty police officer was already hired to protect the 17-year-old Olympic Gymnactist Champion. An earlier restraining order also mandates Robert O’Ryan to stay at least 100 yards from her.
Update: Robert O’Ryan had been arraigned in Los Angeles Superior Court. He pled not guilty to stalking Shawn Johnson. O’Ryan’s preliminary hearing was scheduled on April 27, with the bail officially raised to $220,000.
