Andrew Thomas Gallo, 22, is Nick Adenhart’s death culpit. Andrew Thomas Gallo, of Riverside, California, reportedly drove a red minivan under influence and hit the Mitshubishi Los Angeles Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart rode and eventually caused the latter’s death after speeding a red light at an intersection in Fullerton, southern Los Angeles, about 12:23 a.m. Thursday, April 9. Andrew Gallo who drove on a suspended license fled the scene but was arrested about 30 minutes later. He will face charges of manslaughter, felony driving under the influence and hit-and-run, according to CNN.
PE.com is reporting there is a man in San Bernardino County also named Andrew Thomas Gallo, who had brushed with police for DUI, and drug possesion in the previous years. This Andrew Gallo is also 22 years old.
In San Bernardino County, a man with the same name, Andrew Thomas Gallo, and same age, 22 pleaded guilty to a driving under the influence charge in May of 2006, court records show.
He was placed on three years’ probation and ordered to attend a county-approved first-offender alcohol program, and pay fines of about $1,400.
The same 22-year-old Andrew Thomas Gallo also plead guilty to possessing less than one ounce of marijuana in 2007 and entered a guilty plea to failure to wear a seat belt in 2006 court records show.
The marijuana charge came during the probationary period for the driving under the influence case. After Gallo’s guilty plea he was ordered to continue in the county-approved alcohol program, court records show.
But something uncertain is that if Nick Adenhart car crash culpit Adrew Thomas Gallo and San Bernardino’s Adrew Thomas Gallo are the same person. As Deadspin pointed out, “what isn’t clear is how the man could possibly be the same age now (22) as he was in both 2006 and 2007.”
Update (April 10): The two Andrew Thomas Gallo mentioned above should be the same person, another booking photo dating back in 2006 clearly shows the two men are same.
TMZ is reporting Andrew Thomas Gallo has been charged with three counts of murder on April 10. If convicted, Andrew Gallo could face up to 55 years or life in jail. In addition to murder charges, Gallo is charged with driving under the influence and causing bodily injury, driving with a blood alcohol level above .08%, and fleeing the scene.
Update (June 8): Andrew Thomas Gallo was arraigned on Monday June 8 at Orange County Superior Court, he pleaded not guilty.

Whoever wrote this article, is very deceitful, and probably is a White-racist.
A human being can’t be the same age, for three years in a row, on this Planet.
Combine that, with the different name-spelling, and it all makes the author of
this article appear very-deceitful and conniving for even trying to correlate ordeals
that are obviously unrelated.

There is nothing wrong with being a White racist. Racism has a proud and honorable history. It’s a matter of self-preservation and loyalty to one’s kin and kind. Anything less is treason. I am a racist and I don’t give a sh*t what others think about that. Homosexuals — who prefer their own sex — are legally protected against discrimination. White racist — who prefer their race — should enjoy at least the same legal protection that homosexuals and all non-whites enjoy. After all, America was founded by racists – Aryan racists, for that matter. Japan is a racist country. So is China, with about 1/7th of the world’s population. Israel is a racist country that makes the old South look positively benign. Virtually every country in the world was or still is racist. The only ones who have stopped being racist, through government coercion, are the world’s white gentile nations — and we’re getting our butts whooped as a consequences of giving special protection to darkies but denying the same to ourselves. FREEDOM means CHOICE — and if that means preferrring your own kind, whether it’s white, black, brown, yellow or whatever — is no one else’s business. Anti-racism is anti-freedom, and the coerced practice of religion crammed down our throats by the government. yungcausoid is an idiot! pollynkorect says it straight. whites are now discriminated more and more because we are the minority now. the USA has made to many consesstions to other minoriteis. we dont have the same priorities as others groups. proof of this is in our prison systems. it cost more than $35,000, for one year per each federal prisoner to keep them incarcerated. most americans dont even make that per year. we need to enforce the death penalty more for people responsible for for more than one death at their hands. DUI is no excuse. a car is a weapon. being a drunk or druggie is just the same as a gun or anything else that causes the deaths of inocent perople. we have become to sympathic to others, instaed of taking care of our own. im not even sure i have any rights to an opinion any more without repercussion. when you say something to offend someone else even though you believe it to be true, you can be sued for it. thats not freedom of expression. so i just hold up my middle finger to those who dont agree.
