Update (June 12, 2009): Sigh! Postmortem toxicology tests showed Courtney Stewart was positive for alcohol and might have also used an illegal substance shortly before the fatal car crash.

TMZ.com identified Courtney Stewart as the car driver of the Mitsubishi Nick Adenhart was riding when the deadly car crash originating from Andrew Thomas Gallo’s restless driving Thursday morning. The website also uncovered and posted Courtney Stewart’s MySpace picture (above) online. Courtney Stewart, 20, from Diamond Bar, is a student at California State University at Fullerton. The blonde beauty was a member of Alpha Chi Omega and a member of Cal State Fullerton Cheer Squad for Titan Athletics. Sadly, Miss Steward has now left us forever for she was killed when California Riverside man Andrew Gallo’s minivan ran through a red light and struck her car and smashed it into the power pole. Courtney Stewart was Nick Adenhart’s rumored girlfriend.
