Scott Speer, a music video director, is the guy who Ashley Tisdale “can be comfortable with.” After her breakup with former boyfriend Jared Murillo, Ashley Tisdale wasted no time finding a new man. He is Scott Speer! Ashley Tisdale and Scott Speer are now much in love. The High School Musical star was first photographed arm-in-arm with Speer when the pair enjoyed a sunny day in Malibu on Sunday. More than that, the 23-year-old Disney star was caught on tape when making out with her new boyfriend in his BMW car at the street outside at the My House nightclub in Los Angeles at 1:00 am April 20.
