Chelsea Stone, a former ABC employee, sued Lost actor Henry Ian Cusick, pictured above, for sexual harassment. Chelsea Stone filed Friday a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing Henry Ian Cusick, who plays the role of Desmond Hume on ABC’s hit tv drama Lost, of sexually harassing her.
In the April 24’s lawsuit, Chelsea Stone claimed Henry Ian Cusick fondled her bottoms and caressed her back while making moaning sounds when they were working on the show in October 2007.
Stone also claimed Cusick used his face to rub against her breasts and then squeezed them with his hands.
Chelsea Stone said she reported the incident to her supervisor, but was simply told to stay away from Henry Ian Cusick. Stone alleged she was fired in retaliation twelve days after she reported the alleged sexual harassment.
Stone said she suffered physical sickness, emotional distress and a miscarriage after the alleged abuse.
Other than Henry Ian Cusick, Chelsea Stone also named ABC and Grass Skirt Productions in the lawsuit as defendants. She is seeking unspecified compensation for her loss.
Henry Ian Cusick’s rep is yet to comment on Chelsea Stone’s allegation.
Cusick, 42, was born in Trujillo, Peru to a Peruvian mother and a Scottish father. He and wife Annie Wood, a London theater director, were married in a civil ceremony following fourteen years of cohabitation in July, 2006. They are parents to three sons, Elias, Lucas and Esau Cusick.
