You are an idiot. That is not a bong, it is a hookah. Also, it is extremely doubtful that they are smoking marijuana from them, as they are much better-suited and almost exclusively used for smoking tobacco. I suggest that you delete or edit this page accordingly. No one in their right mind smokes weed from a hookah. IF it were an actual bong, then fine. So I wouldn’t make such a deal out of it if I were you. If you’re really into digging on some stupid girl like this, then fine. You can still say how it’s illegal for her since she’s under 18 (legal age for tobacco use).
