Bikini Girl Katrina Darrell Got Breasts Augumentation (Pictures & Video)

Bikini Girl Katrina Darrell returned to American Idol 8 finale to take the Best Attitude award last night. Katrina Darell wore nothing other than two piece pink bikinis. After she received the trophy from Ryan Seacrest, the male host cracked a joke on her, “I was gonna ask you what’s new, but I think I know.” Apparently, what Ryan knew was that the 21-year-old had gone under knife for breasts augmentation plastic surgeries since she was eliminated on the singing competition. The pictures above show before-and-after-boobs-job Katrina Darrell.
Other than just show her augmented assets, Katrina Darrell also brought American Idol viewers a song. She performed with judge Kara DioGuardi by singing a duet of Mariah Carey’s Vision of Love. At the end of their performance, Kara ripped off her dress to reveal her black bikini she wore underneath (oh, in the name of doing a charity!). Watch video below:

She clearly has had some surgery and to be honest, it looks like it has been done very well (unlike some other hollywood shocker ops we have seen down the years)
