Boy Billy was then 3 years old while his young sister Miranda is only 18 months old. They both survived but may have lifelong breathing problems from swallowing the lighter fluid because their lungs were damaged.

William Cunningham was indicted by a federal grand jury in June 2006 and in 2007 he plead guilty to making false claims against Campbell’s Soup Inc. for threatening to sue them over the allegedly contaminated soup.

A grand jury in Clayton County again found William Cunningham guilty on all seven counts of aggravated assault and cruelty to children and  sentenced him 100 years in prison on May 21, 2009.

He is one wicked evil father, I am glad the childern are alive, and its sad they have breathing problems but maybe they will out grow it. 100 years, that is good, I am sure in jail he is now some ones girlfriend, in prison the inmates do not like people who do that kind of thing,
