A new billboard set up by fashion brand Calvin Klein in SOHO is complained as too sexy,  New York Daily News reported.

Calvin Klein Billboard Picture

The Calvin Klein Billboard on a building at Lafayette and Houston Street depicts a topless young woman lying on top of a barechested boy while kissing a second shirtless male on a sofa, below them a third male whose pants and shirt were unbuttoned is lying on the floor.

Many New Yorkers think Calvin Klein has crossed the line too far. Alicia Shay, a 24-year-old jeans seller said, “It’s pretty provocative. Just the positioning of them all – she’s kissing him, the other guy has his hands down her pants, they’re all misty even. It’s really inappropriate.”

Asked by the newspaper to comment on their billboard, a Calvin Klein spokesperson said the intention of ad “was to create a very sexy campaign that speaks to our targeted demographic.”

Janet Shan of The Hinterland Gazette wrote, “that’s a scary response. So, the targeted demographics engages in three- or foursomes? Crazy.” And Hulip.com put, “Indeed, Calvin Klein, you get an “F” for socially irresponsible marketing.”

Oh, it’s a matter of time before CK take down the controversial advertising board, we’ll wait and see!
