Keisha Villafane Rivera won the title of Miss Puerto Rico Petite 2009 in August, but was fired two months before she will retire as the reigning queen.

If she can not behave appropiate and IS not the image of what the title define they are doing the right thing to take the crown away from her. And I’m Puertorican with shame that our people behave the way she did.
