Poor Sharra Ferbrache! Sharra Ferbrache, pictured below, is allegedly exploited on SharraFerbrache.com.
Sharra Ferbrache profile photo on Twitter where she has only one message left in March, “I have the flu for the second time this year! ugh!”
Sharra Ferbrache, from Indianapolis, Indiana according to Twitter profile, is suing her ex fiance, former Green Bay Packers Tony Mandarich, accusing him of using her name to register/purchase domain SharraFerbrache.com and set up the site to host her private photos and videos.
Sharra Ferbrache and Tony Mandarich who is famous for use of performance-enhancing drugs as a NFL player, got engaged to be married in 2002 but broke up in 2004. The intimate photos and video obtained by Mandarich, Ferbraceh claimed, should only be viewed between them during that relationship and Mandarich should have deposed after their broke-up.
Ferbrache filed the lawsuit at Superior Court of Maricopa County, Arizona, naming Tony, his wife Charlavan Mandarich, and Mandarich Mediagroup as defendants. She seeks shutting down for SharraFerbrache.com, damages for privacy invasion, emotional distress and other charges. Read Sharra’s full court papers in a PDF file here.
Sharra Ferbrache’s full name is Sharra Kris Ferbrache. SharraFerbrache.com is labelled as The ‘Sharra Kris Ferbrache‘ Fan Club! Other than Twitter, Ferbrache has an account on the social networking Facebook. Her profile picture shows the blonde and a man together, we are not sure if he is her current boyfriend.
