Leighton Meester Sebastian Stan Yet to Get Engaged

A New York Post’ Not So Secret article back in 2008 December claimed Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester and boyfriend Sebastian Stan were engaged.

It was rumored the inseparable lovers Leighton Meester and Sebastian Staan announced the engagement on their “secret” Facebook pages, according to a source close to Meester.

The gossip might have accidentally been re-posted on June 26, 2009. Popular blogs like PerezHilton.com and TheHollywoodGossip.com quickly picked up the story.

This prompted Leighton Meester’s publicist to clarify with Perez Hilton his/her client was not engaged and also did not have a Facebook account.
