Ths is not about race..that is an ingnorant statement…this just pertains to men in general…i hope they all learn that if ou have a wife at home regardless of the trials at hand you work through them and not bring a third party into the marriage..my heart goes out to her and the kids..they will have shame and anger and so will she and she will never have anwers but i pray that as she takes it one day at a time she understands it was not her fault and regardless she is still a hell of a woman..it takes a lot to have a relationship in the public eye!! My heart goes out to her and it is easy to say get over it when u have not walked a mile in her shoes..TRUST ME I HAVE..AND ALL I CAN SAY IS..ONLY GOD!!!

What is a man/woman supposed to do in a marriage that has gone bad and cannot be fixed? It’s BS if you cheat and BS if you stay in it. Just what is anyone supposed to do? Kids, the public, self. Who do you satisfy. And a long life time ahead, too. Life is hell.

All Of Us Go Through Pain And Distress but None Of Us Should Have To Deal With The Lost Of A Husband To Leave Us By Our Selfs With 4 Kids. To Cheating At That. I Dont Kno Steve Mcnair but I know Its Alot Of Things That We Dont Know About The Situation Between Him, Michelle, And His Mistress. So We Cannot Judge Anyone. Only God Can. My sympathy and hope goes to McNair’s wife and kids. This will be the toughest thing they have ever done in their life – recovering from this. I know firsthand, my husband died in the midst of an affair he told me was over 2 years before, I found out after he died that it was still ongoing when his affair partner tried to take over memorial plans. It hurts so much – we are all human, how can some people forget that.

Her husband may be forgiven in time and by a higher spiritual force, but his wife and kids’ pain stays with them for the rest of their life. He is at peace, they (like me) will live in pain and suffering forever. Sad but true. How awful.

no way i am believing “the wife was unaware of the affair as the family source is claiming”. I;m not having a pitty party for any one person. The kids and the situation is all messed up.

the condo he was renting wa 6 miles from the wifes family’s home and clearly he wasn’t home regularly. SO SHE KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG!

@ Kip I don’t care how irritating or unbearable his wife might have been. God doesn’t want us to commit adultery under any circumstances, no one can contest that. No not all black men are bad… we know that, just like we know that not all black neighborhoods are bad. There are a few gems out there. Just hard to find out there sometimes. Why are you so upset? Call black women idiots and broads is not an indication of a strong black man having an intelligent conversation with a woman. Very disrespectful & immature. I am so sad to hear about Steve’s death and how it happened. I feel sad for his wife and his children. I hope and pray they can make it through this hardship. I know Michelle loved Steve very much and they had a beautiful family. I feel bad for the loss of a great Tennessee Titans player and his teammates. I just hope they stick together and help her out with the children. I do not feel sorry for that girl that he was with. I think she was wanting to get with him for his money and to be in the lime light. If only she new that he would never leave Michelle and I think it drove her insane and she killed him and then herself. I believe the reports of her are false I think she was unstable and could not face the facts that she was just a fling. He had a wife and kids 4 at home waiting for him. Some people feel bad for this foreign girl that killed a super star, husband, father, son and friend. I do not feel bad I hope she rots in hell for killing him. She could not take it he did not want to be with her any more. Look what his wife and children have to go through!!!!! I am so sorry Michelle and children….

WTF???? He lied to this woman like he lied to his wife. My sympathy is for Michelle, this “cheater’s” wife and the children who will be humiliated by this so called “loving father” who was not with them for the 4th of July, 2009 but killed by another woman said to be a girlfriend. What a “great mentor” for his young sons. Well all I can say is one more “adulterer down” and about 500,000 more to go. Call it like it is people. MECHELLE, God bless her to quickly wipe away tears, hold her head up high while cashing every one of his checks cause this is money that will no longer be taken from her family and given to some woman in the streets. I hope their pain is “very” short in duration and she eventually finds a real man and mentor for her children.
