Update (Jan/28/2011): After two month’s treatment, Demi Lovato checked herself out of a rehab facility in Chicago and already flied back to Los Angeles. While trying to be back on her normal life, Lovato will still go to see doctors in LA.
“She will continue to see doctors in L.A. who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment,” a source told People. “For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends. She is so grateful to all of her fans for their support, and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon.”

We heard that the 18-year-old had withdrawn from Jonas Brothers Live in Concert over the weekend and closed her Twitter account @demetria lovato. According to reports, Miss Lovato entered rehab by checking a treatment center to seek help for “emotional and physical issues” .

“Demi Lovato left her tour early this weekend in order to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time. ” her rep said in a statement. “Demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help.”
“She is doing just that. Demi and her family ask that the media please respect their privacy during this difficult time. ”
“She regrets not being able to finish her tour, but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future.”
The publicist did not specify details of her client’s issues. But a source told People, “She was bullied in school. She fought through eating disorders and has struggled with cutting. … Demi is taking control by getting help.”
The source further revealed that Demi Lovato’s fight with a dancer on tour catalyzed the singer to seek the treatment. According to another insider, Lovato is struggling with her weight, “She definitely had body-image issues. She was always conscious of her weight.”
