Seal Performs At The Nokia Theater L.A. Live

Grammy Award winning R&B and soul singer Seal appeared on today’s Oprah Winfrey Show. British-born Seal, who is of Nigerian origin and full name Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel, talked with host Oprah Winfrey about his career, love with wife Heidi Klum and their unborn child. After noticing Seal’s face scars from the TV,  many are curious to know a bit about them. So what happened to Seal’s face? Xomba simply put, “He has or had systemic lupus. Picture! Heidi Klum was photographed a black bruise on her right hip after being dropped to the stage by co-host Tom Bergeron during a skit at 2008 Emmy Awards last night. BittenandBound.com described how the incident happened:

Throughout the telecast [from 60th Primetime EMMY Awards at Nokia Threatre in Los Angeles], a group of reality show hosts were featured in various segments that were crafted to make the audience laugh.  Most were disjointed, time consuming and NOT funny.  In one particular scenario, Bergeron lowered the supermodel into an elegant dance dip and then unceremoniously dumped her to the floor.  She let out a loud OUCH and he eventually helped her up.

After the broadcast, Klum showed off a significant bruise that had darkened her upper thigh.
