China “Half Brain” Boy Hou Guozhu
Boy Hou Guozhu (侯国柱), 8, is a “half brain boy” from Dongying of Sandong Province, China. Guozhu was not born with “half brain” but due to the brain surgery (hemispheresectomy) resulting from the treatment of Rasmussen’s Encephalitis. (more…)

Video! Here is Salma Hayek Breastfeeding An African Baby Boy video. On a UNICEF’s humanitarian mission to Sierra Leone, Salma Hayek volunteered to breastfeed a starving baby when learning the tot’s mom can breasfeed him. Coincidently, the baby boy shares the same birthday with her daughter Valentina. Salma Hayek’s good deeds was filmed on the cameras of ABC’s Nightline News.
In the video above, Salma Hayek told “Nightline” co-anchor Cynthia McFadden that she thought her daughter wouldn’t mind sharing her milk. “Am I being disloyal to my child by giving her milk away?” Hayek said. “I actually think my baby would be very proud to share her milk. And when she grows up I’m going to make sure she continues to be a generous, caring person.”
Hayek also told McFadden that that the idea of helping a child in this way had a long tradition in her family. She related a story about her great-grandmother many years ago in Mexico saving the starving baby of a stranger by breastfeeding the child. Link

Julian King, 7, missing since October 24, 2008
Julian King, Jennifer Hudson’s Nephew! Boy Julia King was kidnapped from Chicago’s South Side on October 24, 2008 and missing since then after his grandmom Darnell Donerson and uncle Jason Hudson were brutally shot dead, allegedly by William Balfour. The 7-year-old is the son of Jennifer’ sister Julia Hudson and former husband Greg King. One day after Julia plead for her son’s safe return on Saturday at Pleasant Gift Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago, sister Jennifer Hudson, the Oscar award winning Dreamgirls actress, also asked for help to spot where Julian “JuJu” King is. She wrote on her MySpace:
Thank you all for your prayers and your calls. Please keep praying for our family and that we get Julian King back home safely. If anyone has any information about his whereabouts please contact the authorities immediately. Here is a picture [above] of Julian and what he was last seen wearing. Once again thank you all for being there for us through this tough time.
