Picture: the portable toilet Candy Vigneri abandoned her newly born baby girl
Candy Michelle Vigneri, of Maryland, was arrested after she gave birth to a baby girl at a portable toilet at Long Wharf Park, Cambridge and then abandoned the infant at the waste tank in the morning of July 1.
Candy Vigneri, 44, a monther of several other children, charged with first-and second-degree child abuse and reckless endangerment. Vigneri is being held at the Cambridge Police Department on $50,000 bond. (more…)
