The Stig identity has been revealed! It is unveiled today The Stig, the anonymous racing driver on the BBC show Top Gear, is Michael Schumacher, the 7-time Formula One Champion.

The Stig, introduced in by co-presenter Jeremy Clarkson, is cast as a mysterious “tame racing driver” on Top Gear. He never speaks or removes his helmet on camera.

In the history of BBC’s Top Gear, there were only two official Stigs. Perry McCarthy, a former Formula 1 driver, was the original Stig. He was a black Stig because he wore black overalls during his appearances.

Mr. McCarthy was replaced with a white Stig after he had revealed his identity in his 2002 autobiography entitled Flat Out, Flat Broke. Since then, the true identity of The Stig, was a secret carefully kept by the BBC.

In the first episode of a new season of Top Gear on June 21, 2009, the white Stig took his helmet off for the first time and was revealed as none other than Michael Schumacher. Souce: BBC & Wikipedia

Johnny Benson Seriously Injured after Fiery Crash at ISMA Supermodifieds Race (Pictures)

NASCAR driver Johnny Benson was in critical condition after a fiery crash at ISMA Supermodifieds Race at Berlin Raceway in Marne, Michigan last night.

ABC affiliate WZZM13 reported a spokeswoman for the hospital where Benson was treated said he is in serious but stable condition. Benson’s condition probably could be improved sometime Sunday morning.

On the first lap of the Saturday’s race, Johnny Benson’s super modified car became engulfed in flames after it had a collision with Larry Lehnert’s and came to rest on the track off Turn 3.

Track safety crews put out the fires as quickly as possible and pulled an injured Benson from the car wreckage. Benson was rushed to Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids.

On the just completed of 2009 Indianapolis 500,  Danica Patrick is the second runner-up following Helio Castroneves and Dan Wheldon. The 27-year-old female driver’s extraordinary performance is the best finish ever by a woman at Indy 500. Congrats!

Today May 24 is the day for the 93rd Indianapolis 500 racing run at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, Indiana.

And Danica Patrick is competing with 30 male drivers including Helio Castroneves, Ryan Briscoe, Dario Franchitti etc. as well as two fellow female drivers Sarah Fisher and Milka Duno at 2009 Indy 500.

As Danica Patrick is a smoking hot woman, many people are googling Danica Patrick Playboy in an attempt to find Danica Patrick Playboy pictures.  Sorry, until so far, Danica Patrick did not pose for Playboy but only did a 20 Questions interview with the mag. From Wikipedia:

After her participation in the 2005 Indianapolis 500, she was asked by Playboy to have her pictures taken to be published in a future edition of its magazine. She declined the offer, but she did participate in a “20 Questions” interview with Jason Buhrmester for the magazine’s July 2007 issue.

Not posing for the Playboy did not mean Danica Patrick couldn’t have some sensational shoots for other magazines. In fact, Ms. Patrick had posed for FHM as early as in 2003 April and did a swimsuit photos for Sports Illustrated in February 2008. Do a search in Google Image search you can instantly find those pics.

However, this could not rule out the possibility that Danica Patrick would not do a photo shoot for Hugh Hefner’s magazine in the future. Until then, we will keep you informed again.
