Keishla Villafane Rivera, pictured here, was officially Carrie Prejean! Keishla Villafane Rivera was fired as Miss Puerto Rico Petite 2009 by the pageant Friday, June 19, two months before she retires as the reigning queen on August 26. She was replaced by Tamara Perez, to serve the remainder of her term.

While Carrie Prejean was dethroned as Miss California 2009 just for her violations of contracts, Keishla Rivera was stripped of her title because of multiple factors.

The 19-year-old Purto Rican petite beauty was alleged of making death threats and assaulting staff members.

She was also used rude language and violated the terms of her contract by agreeing to use her image in an advertisement without the consent of the pageant.

Tami Farrell, Miss California 2009 first runner up, was appointed today as Beauty of California Ambassador on a press conference at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills held by the Miss California USA organization officials. At the press, co-directors Shanna Moakler and Keith Lewis said Miss California Carrie Prejean did not contact the organization for some time and the communication had to go through her “handlers”. Tami Farrell was picked up so as to fulfill some of Prejean’s duties.

“I would be honored to represent the state of California if they need me for my responsibilities as first runner-up. I wouldn’t mind stepping into the spotlight.” Farrell said earlier when she replied a question by Access Hollywood about her possible replacement with Carrie Prejean.

Update (June 11): Carrie Prejean was fired as Miss California 2009 for her breaching of the pageant organization contract (but not for her political view or anti same sex marriage stance).

“The Miss California USA Organization, in conjunction with the Miss Universe Organization and with the blessing of its owner, Mr. Donald J. Trump, announced today the termination of Carrie Prejean as Miss California USA 2009, citing continued breach of contract issues,” the Miss California Organization said in a statement to Access Hollywood.

The group kicked the controversial beauty queen from her post due to “contract violations including Ms. Prejean’s unwillingness to make appearances on behalf of the Miss California USA organization,” the pageant’s executive director, Keith Lewis, said in a statement.

Tami Farrell, Miss Malibu who was the first runner-up, is to succeed Carrie Prejean as Miss California 2009.

Update (May 12): Carrie Prejean was not dethroned her Miss California title. Donald Trump did not usher in his famous slogan “You’re Fired” during the press conference at Trump Towers in New York City on the morning of May 12. Instead, Trump came to Prejean’s side and defended her for those semi-topless pictures leaked.

“We’ve made a determination that the pictures taken were acceptable, they were fine, in many cases they were actually lovely pictures, and in some cases they were modeling pictures.”

Update: Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler strongly criticized Carrie Prejean, saying she was in breach of contract and entered the Miss California contest under “false pretenses”. You can see a full list of “Miss USA 2009 State Entry Contract: Sections violated by Carrie Prejean” on TMZ.

In the meanwhile, the two officials said state pageant officials would welcome Carrie Prejean back and encourage her to take part in her normal duties if Donald Trump would keep her title.

Update (May 11): Carrie Prejean will not be stripped of her Miss California tiara today. A press conference to be held by Shannon Moakler and Keith Lewis may address the issues surrounding Prejean but not her fate. Donald Trump is expected to have a final say tomorrow May 12 in New York.

The fate of embattled Miss California Carrie Prejean will be decided on Monday morning. Miss California USA co-directors Shannon Moakler and Keith Lewis is to hold a news conference May 11 to announce the decision. As Tami Farrell, Miss California 2009 first runner-up, will also attend the press conference, the possibility of Carrie Prejean to be dethroned as Miss California might be very high.

On Tuesday, Donald Trump, owner of the Miss Universe Organization, will hold an other news conference in New York to discuss the Prejean’s case. It is expected Trump will decide if Prejean will be stripped of her title as first runner-up in the 2009 Miss U.S.A pageant.

The scandals implicated Carrie Prejean are possible contract violations as a result of 1)  public campaigns in an ad against the same-sex marriage; 2)  lying to pageant officials that she hadn’t taken naked or semi-naked photos as a teen. (more…)

“Rihanna” Photos Scandal–The Good Girl Gone Bad singer Rihanna now is believed “a good girl gone bad”! Some of racy pictures of a woman who looks like her surfaced on the internet.

On Friday [May 8], seven photos appeared on ImageHaven.net. Two of the photos appeared to be of Rihanna’s face, while four of the pictures featured various body shots of a semi-nude woman, which many including Perez Hilton, suspect is Rihanna. The woman’s face is not visible in the nude photos.

The final photo features what appears to be a semi-clothed Rihanna in black underwear or bathing suit bottoms and a white hotel-style robe. The woman is pictured taking a photo of herself in the mirror with a Blackberry.

The mirror has the words “I love you” and “I miss you,” written on it in white lettering and it is signed, “Robyn,” Rihanna’s real name.

The same seven photos and an eighth, with a shirtless man who looks like Chris Brown, with what appears to be a pair of pink panties on his head, was also posted online on iHipHop.com. [Accesshollywood.com]

“Why in the world would she do this? It either has to be some sort of joke, a treat for Chris Brown or a tool for finding a new man!” Gay Socialites jibbed.

Several reports said many have questioned the authenticity of alleged Rihanna pictures. So, if Barbados’s Bajan superstar was truly in the scandalous photos tagged YoungTurk? Probably, we guess

Two reasons, 1) Rihanna’s label has taken the legal action against at least one website and asked it to remove the pictures, though they neither confirmed nor denied the woman was indeed Rihanna.

TMZ has learned the legal department at Island Def Jam Music Group, RiRi’s label, sent a letter to at least one website that published the photos. The letter refers to “unauthorized photos purported to be…Rihanna,” demands that the photos be removed from the site, and calls the photos a violation of “the Artist’s rights.” [...]

Interestingly, the letter from Island Def Jam does not deny (or confirm) if it’s really Rihanna.

2): News of The World quoted Rihanna’s pals as reporting the Umbrella singer was “devastated” over her new leaked pic and had flied to Hawaii to seek the peace and also record an album there.

Rihanna, 21, is said to be so embarrassed she’s fled Hollywood and taken refuge in Hawaii.

One of Rihanna’s pals said: “She is freaking out. She was on the road to recovery after a terrible few months. She has no idea how these pictures have been leaked but she’s determined to find out.”

Her pal added: “She’s rushed off to Hawaii to escape the scrutiny.

“She’s recording her new album and wants to shut herself in the studio away from the world for a few days.”

Rihanna is not the only star hit by an indecent pictures scandal this week, her fellow R&B singer Cassie Ventura had three more revealing pictures surfaced on the internet May 7 after her personal computer was said to have been hacked.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ protégé Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura has some topless pictures floating across the internet to compete with Miss California Carrie Prejean.

The 22-year-old model tuned singer, who most recently made headlines after shaving her head, immediately responded on Twitter, saying that they are in fact of her, and that the public shouldn’t make a fuss out of it.

She wrote:  “It seems that someone has hacked into my computer…that’s real foul and evil… Now stop acting like you haven’t seen a t**ty before.” [Daily Contributor]

Another story that also could be dubbed as Rihanna photo scandal is associated with her leaked bruised face picture. Rihanna was allegedly badly beaten by Chris Brown on Clive Davis’s pre-Grammy party on February 8. Days after the incident, TMZ obtained a picture of Rihanna who was seen bearing seriously bruises on her face and around the neck. On Wednesday, Mark Geragos, Brown’s attorney, filed a motion in the Los Angeles Superior Court, requiring to see Los Angeles Police Department’s internal investigation paperwork in order to know how the Rihanna battered face photo was leaked. Through such a move, Geragos, who had previously represented Robert Downey Jr, Winona Ryder and Michael Jackson, is seeking the felony charges of Brown who was free on a bail be dismissed.
