Joining into a couple of celebs who had learned the stripper pole dancing, Brooke Hogan took her class at the Pole Fitness Studio in Miami.

Update: Brooke Hogan’s failed musical career may turn her to be a much successful pole dancer. The bubble blonde showed her pole dancing skills at the Calle Ocho Festival in Miami’s Little Havana on March 15, 2009, which became a laugh stock in the blogosphere.

Britney Spears is really ready to be back on track of re-claiming her past glories. Under the conversatorship of father Jamie Spears, the star of Baby One More Time achieved much progress in correcting her bizarre behaviors. Furthermore, now she has even abandoned her love of Frappuccinos and on new diets that are sugar free! Excerts from FOXNews.com

Britney Spears cut out all sugar to get her bikini body back — including her beloved Frappuccinos.

“Frappuccinos, gone. I still do drink coffee, but just with Equal,’ she tells OK! magazine.

Spears also says she’s the “healthiest I’ve been all my life.”

“My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things,” she tells the magazine.
