The 23-year-old Hills star and How to Be Famous co-author recently underwent ten what some described as “horrifying” cosmetic procedures in a day. So how now does a new Heidi Montag looks? Body Language star twittered a photo of Heidi Montag wearing a purple necklace at a hotel room days ago, asking her followers “What do you think of my necklace? I love it! Virgos!”.

Some liked the accessory.

“I think you should die[dye] your hair brown.. not a dark brown.. or a darker blond. I like your necklace. Your pretty. :) ,” Kelseykimberley replied.

While some did not but adorned her breasts assets, “love your fake boobs!” Camipoo wrote.

Spencer Pratt Heidi Montag Kitchen Bong

Yesterday on April 9, Spencer Pratt uploaded a photo showing girlfriend/wife Spencer Pratt working on a laptop in their kitchen onto his twitpic account. Some eagle eye sighted bloggers immediately spotted a device that looks like a bong on the counter a few feet away from Montag. Without any explanation, Spencer Pratt has since deleted the picture.
