The sleeveless plunging neckline dress Tisdale wore (image below) must have stunned many fans as it exposed much of her chest. Ashley Tisdale, 23, plays the mean girl Sharpay Evans in HSM 3. Venassa Hudgens, Zac Effron, Corbin Bleu, Selena Gomez among other stars also attended the event.
