Update (July/2007): Monica Hansen won the lawsuit. Dr. Leonard Hochstein was ruled to compensate Hansen US$564,555 for illegally used her breast pictures to promote his plastic surgery business.

Monica Hansen, Miss Norway 1997, sued her plastic surgeon Dr. Leonard M. Hochstein for illegally using her pictures to advertise his business. Monica Hansen told Hollie McKay of Fox News’ Pop Tarts column she had recently filed a lawsuit against Dr. Leonard Hochstein whom she accused of promoting breast implants using her copyrighted pictures on his website lhochsteinmd.com without permission.
Dr. Leonard Hochstein has since removed all Monica Hansen’s photos of from his website, but apparently, the Norwegian beauty is still not satisfactory probably because she believed that her augmented breasts pictures already caused the damage. Hansen now is seeking an unspecific amount of compensation from Hochstein. She did not say when and where she filed the suit.
Monica Hansen, standing 6 feet 1 inch, is hailed from Norway’s southwest coast city Tonsberg. She moved to California and worked as a bikini and lingerie model. She graced the cover of numerous men’s magazine like FHM, Maxim, Esquire, Stuff and Redhot among others. Monica Hansen was named Maxim Woman of the Year in 2006.
Monica currently remains single. So what kind of man she will prefer in future? “I generally like when a man is honest and straight up, rather than over-strategizing and playing silly games.” she said.
While Hansen might not get boozed usually, she can drink men right under the table sometimes.
“I am not a heavy drinker by nature, but I grew up in Norway where women and men don’t just drink to get drunk, but until you pass out,” Hansen added. “I can for sure handle a few drinks with no problems, and I can sure drink a few guys under the table …”
