Update: Lil Wayne has become a father again. Singer Nivea gave birth to his fourth child, son Neal Carter, on November 30, 2009 in Atlanta, Greogia. Weezy’s other children mothers Antonia Carter (Reginae Carter, 10), and Lauren London sent in their congratulations. No words were from Sarah B. (picture), mom of his son Dwayne III (11 mo).
Baby Neal is also the fourth child for Nivea, who had three children with the ex husband The-Dream, aka Terius Hagert Youngdell Nash. The-Dream is currently engaged with actress Christina Milian.
Update: Lauren London gave the birth to her “healthy baby boy” with Lil Wayne at the Cedar Sanai Hospital in Los Angeles on September 9th, 2009. Lauren London’s son was said to be Lennox Samuel Ari Carter.
Update: Lil Wayne confirmed on a radio show that actress Lauren London is indeed pregnant with his child(August 11).
Update (7/6/2009): Lauren London is indeed pregnant, the picture left taken over the weekend at Diddy’s All White Party clearly shows she is bearing a baby bump of a 5-6 month pregnancy. According to Musikizme, Ms. London said, “I can’t tell you who the father is but he is one of the top rappers in the country.” The father of Lauren London’s unborn child should be none other than Lil Wayne.
Update: It seems Lauren London’s unborn child is not the only kid Lil Wayne is expecting. Weezy reportedly also knocked up Nivea:

Update: Lauren London was thought to have done some baby shopping at Kim Kardashian’s Smooch boutique which is a store exclusively for babies/toddler wear, an eagle-sighted reader wrote to BlogXilla after he/she ran across a tweet the shop assistant Lily Adel sent to the model/actress.
Update: It sounds Lauren London is indeed pregnant and her baby was fathered by Lil Wayne. According to the gossip site Bossip, “a highly placed source” close to Lauren London’s pals told them London and Wayne will bring up the baby together but the pair have no plan to live together or have a relationship.
A Bossip.com source says: Lauren and Wayne weren’t happy about the pregnancy initially, but they “have accepted it and chosen to raise the baby together.” Everyone’s all smiles now and very excited about the new baby. Lauren says that she’s “not worried about the pregnancy affecting her career,” and doesn’t really care about what people think. She’s stayed very positive throughout this entire time. Lauren and Lil Wayne have decided not to live together or continue with their five year “on again, off again” relationship at this time.

TheYBF.com has learned that actress Lauren London is indeed 5 months pregnant! This time it’s not just another empty rumor. And that’s the reason we haven’t seen her out and about in the last 3 months. She actually made one appearance since February and it was at the Next Day Air premiere last week. But interestingly, all her pictures were only taken from the bust and up.

We got further confirmation of Lauren’s pregnancy from a celeb’s manager. Apparently said manager received a movie role for his client after it was first offered to Lauren. When the manager asked why Lauren wouldn’t take the role, the manager was made aware of Lauren’s pregnancy status. We’re told Lauren’s taking time off from her career as her current conditions aren’t “favorable” right now.
Compared to Lindsay Lohan’s pregnancy rumor, we’d believe the credibility of Lauren London pregnancy news is rather high!
