The glass pipe (bong) that Michael Phelps used to smoke marijuana in South Carolina has been confiscated, according to wistv.com. The report said Michael Phelps bong owner was trying to sell it on eBay for as much as $100,000. Unfortunately, the owner now not only can not make any buck out of that pot but also may have to face some jail times. He has been arrested and charged together with other seven who was present at the party where Michael Phelps smoked the weed .
