It seemed some a Chinese netizen felt not so comfortable with a lady who wore a string top and white mini-shorts when riding a public bus. He/she photographed the lady some feet away and later posted the picture onto the Netease:

Keith Wright, of the Bronx in New York, was arrested over disrobing on a US Airways jet on the evening of June 30. The 50-year-old man who was said to suffer from a bipolar disorder took off his clothes and got naked mid-flight during US Airways Flight 705 from Charlotte to Los Angeles. Keith Wright was asked by a flight attendant to put his clothes back on but he refused and even punched and kicked the stewardess. Wright was subdued and handcuffed by two off-duty law officers who were also on the flight. When Flight 705 was diverted to New Mexico’s Albuquerque International Airport for an onboard medical emergency, Keith Wright was arrested and taken into custody by Albuquerque airport authorities. Victoria Ann Chacon Is A Topless Photos Sending Teacher!
Teacher Victoria Ann Chacon, 27, was arrested for alleging of sending topless photos to one of her Sunday School boys. Victoria Ann Chacon was found writing love letters to a San Antonio area teen back in March, whom she met at church, by his parents. Not long after Victoria Ann’s love affair was exposed, she was resigned as a school teacher at Somerset Junior High School in Texas. Some months later the topless pictures of Victoria Ann Chacon smsed onto the handset she bought for the 14-year-old were found again. She was arrested Tuesday on charges of distributing harmful material to a minor. Victoria Ann Chacon and the boy were said to have kissed each other, it’s not known if they had sexual intercourse.
