Rebecca Willis Is North Carolina’ $270000-Paid Naughty Community Dancer! Rebecca Willis, 64, from Marshall of North Carolina, was paid $275,000 to settle a lawsuit by her town, in exchange for being banned to appear and dance at the Marshall Depot Community Center.

In 2000, Rebecca Willis, then 56 years old, was accused of gyrating and simulating sex with her partner while dancing in a short shirt that even exposed her bra. Apparently, the community patrons were not comfortable with Willis’s self-believed “exuberant and flamboyant” dance in a public arena as an adult. After they complained to the authorities, the town official had banned Rebecca Willis.

This caused Willis to file a lawsuit against her town, claiming her dance was appropriate but not obscene. After year’s court hearing/debate, Rebecca Willis was ruled to be protected by her Constitutional right to equal protection under the 14th Amendment. As a settlement, she agreed to never return to the community center after being paid $275K.

The 45-year-old woman, of New York’s Osewega, become extremely unruly (even repeatedly slipped off ankle cuffs), possibly influnenced after drinking the alcohol, on the Puerto Rico-Chicago bound flight Saturday, the flight crew had no way but to restrain her using the duct tape. (more…)

An Illinois woman was caught over nude bartending during a tavern check last Thursday. Janet Brannon was found naked while tending the bar when Jersey County State sheriff deputies went to the Cabin Tavern, located at 29150 Cabin Lane in Dehli during a routine check at 4:49 p.m. September 18 .

Jannet Brannon was arrested and charged with a criminal misdemeanor charge of public indecency. The charge alleged Brannon knowingly exposing her body with the intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desires of others by bartending nude at her place of employment.

Robert Paxton beer photo scandal– Robert Paxton, President of Iowa Central Community College at Fort Dodge for 13 years, has resigned over a scandalous photo showing what looked like him pouring a keg of beer onto the mouth of a woman on a boat.  His resignation was unanimously approved by the school’s board of trustees on August 28. The controversial picture published by the Des Moines Register and reposted on various sites was taken during a July 4th party at Lake Okoboji. Apparently, as a head of college, it’s not appropriate for Robert Paxton to take such a boozing photo. Still not too bad a deal, Robert Paxton was awarded a severance package worth at about $400,000!
