Sam Perry Is Oprah Winfrey’s Mystery Shoulder Man! Oprah Winfrey was too emotional to hold her tears when witnessing President-elect Barack Obama’s acceptance speech at Grand Park in Chicago on November 4, she leaned forward and rested her chin on the shoulder of a mystery man. Chicago Tribune said Winfrey’s longtime boyfriend Stedman Graham [wikipedia] was standing just behind her, but apparently not well positioned to lend support at the time. A lot were curious to know who the man was after watching the scenes of Oprah sobbing on the live broadcast. Their curiosities were later rewarded an answer, the mystery man was identified as Sam Perry, a communications director and fundraiser for Silicon Valley for Obama.
