Skylar Deleon Got Capital Punishment on April 10, 2009
Skylar Deleon, 30, was sentenced to death for murdering three people in 2003 and 2004 at Orange County Superior Court, California today. OCregister.com is saying Skylar Deleon will die by being given a lethal injection. According to southgatearc.org, the sentence is expected to be delivered at 9am today, Friday, April 10, in the court in Santa Ana, California.
Skylar Deleon, a former child actor on Might Morphin Power Rangers movie, was previously convicted of murdering John Peter Jarvi in a Mexican desert in 2003 and the couple of Thomas and Jackie Hawks in 2004.
Announcing the capital punishment, “the mental anguish and torment these three people must have anticipated while bound and eventually experiencing their ultimate fates warrants the death penalty instead of life without parole,” Judge Frank Fasel said in the courtroom according to LAT.
Last July, Skylar Deleon who is from Long Beach hit the news headlines for a bizarre move–he tried to saw his own penis off with a razor blade in jail.
